Announcing Inaugural "Illuminating Hope" Christmas Light Tour & Celebration

Family, friends, and pets will all be piling into you car this December for Light of Hope's inaugural Illuminating Hope Christmas Light Tour.

What: This year we are spreading hope and building a sense of community by inviting families to drive around town, visiting businesses, churches, city landmarks, and select homes to view community-made Christmas displays.

When: Thursday, Dec. 10 through Sunday, Dec. 13, 6 - 8:30 p.m. each night.

Why: Our goal is to give families a safe, socially distanced holiday experience, highlighting what Light of Hope offers to our community, as well as promoting Claremore restaurants and businesses. The experience is free to everyone, and donation buckets will be placed throughout the route to raise funds for Light of Hope’s addiction support and drug prevention programing.

Special Features: Families will be encouraged to pick up a guide map at one of several locations around town, in exchange for canned goods that will supply the Light of Hope food pantry. In addition, on all four nights of the event, community members will be encouraged to visit Claremore Lake where they will have the opportunity to honor lost loved ones with a luminaria walk and Christmas tree transformation.
